Due to the fact that the vast majority of our work
occurs outdoors and away from the office it is not
always possible for us to be contacted immediately. Even
with the advent of cell phones, in many parts of North
Louisiana, reception is still not reliable. So, we ask
for your patience and understanding.
When you call, if we do not answer, please leave a
message. We check our phone message center throughout
the day. If you choose to e-mail us, we check our
messages in the morning when we arrive at the office and
in the evening before going home. Either way, you should
receive a response from us within 24 hours.
